My career is defined by deep expertise in supply chain strategy, product innovation, and leadership.
As Director of Product Management for eCommerce Fulfillment at Walmart, Daniel led the development of the 3PW (Third-Party Warehouse) Platform, which later became Walmart Marketplace. He also spearheaded inventory control enhancements and supplier quality programs, resulting in a $100M recovery in supply defect issues and 20% cost savings.
After more than a decade leading warehouse operations and logistics optimization at Walmart, I transitioned into consulting.
Now Daniel advises SaaS and eCommerce companies, helping them leverage AI, automation, and predictive analytics to revolutionize their supply chains. Today, as Founder of Full Sail PMC, he partners with companies looking to scale intelligently, modernize operations, and build data-driven supply chain ecosystems.
